Following Vis' example, I have read through every single post on this thread. I'm new at this bodybuilding thing and I must say I learned HEAPS. Anyway, I jotted down a few questions to ask regarding what I've read once I got to this page.

How come no one ever mentions GNC creatine? Or Optimum Nutrition creatine 2,500mg pills? Or even EAS? Are they any good and is anyone taking them at all? I mostly see Celltech, Kre-Alk, ISS, CEE.

I have decided to get creatine mono for two reasons - it's the cheapest form of creatine, and I want to start from "basics". I have also decided to do a loading phase where I will take 20g per day for 5 days (spread throughout the day), as recommended by Traps. What boggles me are the dosages after that.

I hit the gym every Tue/Thu/Sat in the evening, and run every Mon/Wed/Fri in the mornings. So should I take 5g in the morning for Tue/Thu/Sat, then 5g PWO? And for Mon/Wed/Fri, do I take 5g after my run, then 5g with dinner? How about Sunday? Am I taking enough creatine with this plan?

Nite, you mentioned $19 creatine tubs. Where did you get that from??
