New Routine, Suggestions Pleaze
Background
So I just started a new job that has pretty much consumed all free time I have, and with that and a G/F lifting has taken a back seat. I have figured that I can get two days a week of lifting in with a fullbody workout.
Hear Is My Routine.
Monday
Wide Grip Chin-ups
Flat BB Bench
Squats
Bent-over BB Rows
Push Press
Lunges
Hanging Knee Raises
Thursday
Close Grip Chin-ups
Decline BB Bench
Leg Press
Bent-Over BB Rows
Push Press
Deads
Decline Crunches
I know I should be splitting my lifting up through out the week better but these are the only days that I have available so any comments about that can be withheld.
But any comments about better exercises that I could be doing would be appreciated.
