confusion on negative calorie foods
i was recently discussing negative calorie foods with my buddy, we were talking about apples to be specific. i have basically been eating apples and not counting the calories against my diet. i was telling my buddy about this and he said that i should count them because of the sugar content. my question is....should i count it against my diet? i dont think so since it has no impact.....
