New Cut
I've been lifting approx six years now , have the usual bulk cut cycle last year got good reslults with the cut , although I'm not sure diet was exactly on tune with the way it should be. I've searched through the threads for some of ??'s but can't seem to find a couple of answers
For salads - is it better to go light italian for 780 mg of sodium 25 cals or ranch with 130 can't remember exact sodium but substantially lower than 780 cal per serve .. To me when ya go light they just jump up the sodium ...
an it always seems like the first two weeks of cutting i'm constantly hungry an get really weak sometime during the day like sugar drops for some reason .. I try to eat approx small portions every two hours
My usual meal plan
Break
Oatmeal mixed with a teaspoon of p-nut butter 7 am
then cardio
10 am
protein shake
12
3 oz chicken
brown whole grain rice
cup size salad -- includes cheese nuts
2 pm
yogurt /cottage cheese
5 pm
again with
chicken or fish
with rice
salad ..
Then work out
Any advice will be appreciated .... It's been awhile since I've been on here , but always got good advice before
