Hey guys!
This is my first post and im wondering if i should take creatine? i take protein and have a high intensity workout program that iv worked on the last year and iv heard that creatine will increase my gains in both muscle mass and strength. My main concern in that in highschool i was preached not to take it and told by others that its just water wieght and makes your muscles look big but doesnt actually mean your strong or that they are actual large muscles, instead just muscles full of water. I dont want to cheat to gain in anyway so is creatine an option or are those people that have told me that just full of crap? im obviously/hopefully uninformed so any help/facts are greatly appreciated. thanks alot everyone!
