Is your diet in check? everyones gonna say thats what to do, and it truely is.

Ive never used any diet supp, but Ive read a lot of people talk about syntha6 or whatever.

also maybe just some more caffeine before your workouts? make you push harder, therefor losing more fat/gaining more muscle.
