yes, 10mg ED is ok. 20mg ED is a little overkill unless you are super sensitive.
It is better however to take arimidex at .5mg EOD or E2D
Why? Nolvadex is a little more hepatoxic than Arimidex. No need to be on it for that long if you don't have to....You should use nolvadex in case of nipple hardness or when they get sensitive and for PCT

Otherwise the cycle looks good
