If your looking to pack on some mass you need to be eating a lot of protein and carbs. I would eat around 4 large meals a day. Also grab your self some 100% Whey to assist you with your protein consumption. Should get "minimum" 1g protein, 2g carbs, per pound of bodyweight, but your gonna want more.
Also I would ditch the Tues/Thurs Cardio and rest on those days, then do around 15-20 minutes of
HIIT Cardio sat. and sun.
No need to cut the fat later. The Cardio on the weekends and your weekly workout will keep the fat down.
