We both agree that metabolism slows with age. But people who have a slow metabolism at a young age, when they hit the stage when the faster metabs slow down, do theirs stay the same or speed up? I've heard both yes and no. If anyone can clear this up, that'd be great. I know it's affected by lifting, eating right, supplements etc. I'm just talking about if you have 2 people (one with a fast metab one with a slow) and they hit the age of say 30, do they both slow down, or does just the faster one cool down? Any help is appreciated.

Both slow, possibly at different rates... but both slow, it's inevitable.
