ladies - cravings
Each month we all go through it, but I just don't know how to curb my cravings the few days before of our wonderful monthly friend. I tend to just wanting to eat.
I try to drink more water in replacement, but it just doesn't cut it sometimes. I also try to break down my regular daily diet into smaller portions and spread it out more through out the day. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I don't want to stray from my regular diet as much as possible.
Any tips to how you ladies deal with it?
