I've heard of cholesterol and fat causing gas. Do you eat the whole egg(yolk and white) or just the white? 1 Whole egg will have about 200mg of cholesterol and 5-7 grams of fat, while an egg white has no cholesterol and no fat. I eat 4-5 egg whites every morning, as well as other things(fruits, oats, grains, etc.) and don't have any problem's.
