Well, I am taking a few months off. Going to work on gaining some mass (BTW, I have already gained about 6 pounds and my upper body looks so much fuller) and then I have a few shows that are on my possible to do list in either October or November. I want to enjoy the summer and not deprive my daughter of having a good time. Prepping for a show is like a FT job. I don't want to drag her to the gym 24/7 all summer, so we have plans to do other things. Day and weekend trips and spend alot of quality time together biking, rollerblading, playing @ the park and with family and friends. I will be on vacation for 2 weeks in August and then when I come back I will start to prep. I will keep my diet fairly clean throughout the summer with treats in moderation. I also ordered a bike for my apartment to help me get my cardio in very early and this won't interfere with her activities or my work schedule, etc.
Yeah I got the fever though...
