**** I hate it when your spotter is a moron. My spotter completely put me off my Monday session the other day - I just walked out of the gym after my first set. Man, even though you're not that happy with your session 130kg is pretty impressive by anyone's standards, you'll be in the 4-5 rep range within a week or two!
