I would agree with you. I noticed some weakness on tricep push downs. I had a knot in my tricep that I went and got worked out with a massage. The weakness was there prior to getting the massage so I don’t think that is what did it. I'm stumped. I just got back from an incredible back workout. 22 total sets + abs. No problems at all. Tricep pushdowns and chest is all that seems to be impacted. It’s not numb & it doesn’t hurt - No weakness in my daily activity. I'm not favoring it at all and except when benching, I would never know it was not 100%. I know, I know - The doctor. I guess I just need to go to a new one because my "sports doctor" just prescribes muscle relaxers and tells me to take time off. I've been seeing the same doc for years and every time I get a lifting injury, that’s what he does. I end up just working through it until its better, which is what I am doing now. It’s just not getting better fast enough. But it IS getting better. It's very frustrating not being able to get a good chest workout in. I think I'll be fine after a few more weeks.

Thank you to everyone that offered sound advice & insight. I don’t think it’s a stroke because it’s not an entire left side thing but thank you. Basically, I was just throwing it out there to see if anyone had experienced something similar. Apparently waynaferd did but like me, never figured it out.

Sorry for the long winded post. I put everything I am into my workouts and have been injured before, I almost wish it hurt so I could at least point to the problem. This one is kicking my a$$ and I just want it to heal up.
