You contradicted yourself. If your arguement is that weight loss is due to a calorie deficit compared to normal intake of calories, then how is filling that deficit with protein equate to a deficit at all?
I don't think that's what you or Tom Venuto means. Think about what you're gonna say before you try to give someone else advice.
