felt great at the gym today. eating plenty appetite def increased.
power in the gym is incredible. i can see how people get hurt.
ive been increasing reps not weight. will increase weight starting tom. by 10 pounds on major lifts every week.
side note: someone i have not seen in a while and said he did not recognize me. he said i was alot bigger. i told him it must be the creatine.lol

im starting to lean out except for my stomach.
