With all due respect, you havent been training long and the questions you have asked in some recent threads shows your lack of experience. Who cares about Tom Vu, didnt he used to sale time shares with those informercials from the 90's?

You have a lot to learn and you should perhaps spend more of your time in a gym than online.
And please dont tell me I need to read up on some guru, as I dont have to know squat piss about Tom Venuto, I spend my time hoisting large plates and have learned quite abit in my years of training. Perhaps YOU need to keep reading about Tom Venuto, but not I, I'll just just keep doing what I am doing

I'll take real life advice, sh!t I have done... ANYDAY!
As it's the only real life advice that applies in the end.
Once you become to know your body and how to get it to react, then that knowledge is far more valuable than anything you ever read on the net or in a book.

The fact you mention Arnold's book shows you how respected your knowledge of the game is. Anyone who knows training knows Arnold's book is worthless to the common Joe. The exercise references are handy but other than that it's garbage and thats ARNOLD's book I speak of, yes, Arnold the great! I can say it with no problem as the truth is easy to speak.
