I agree, it's way too much cardio and for too much time as well (60 mins???).

The trick to retaining as much muscle mass as possible while losing mostly fat is going to be mainly in the diet with some light to moderate cardio (2-3 days per week, under 30-35 mins at most or some HIIT).

If you are after keeping most or all of your muscle, then change the diet and let nature SLOWLY melt the fat off...Think melt, not burn
The slower you take it off, the more chance it will be fat and not muscle and the more chance you have at keeping it off...Try doing it quick (weeks v.s months/year) and you'll burn more muscle and have a lesser chance of keeping it off
