Your eating is a lot better. My suggestion would be to tone down the red meats some. That is a ton of red meat in one day.

Looks like your lacking in healthy fats too. Go pickup a big bag of almonds. Its like 200 calories and 20g of healthy fat for one serving which is around 15 almonds. Its a fantastic snack.
