Progect to GROW!
Hi all seems to be a pretty cool forum and maybe just the right info I may need..
Im 34 years old 175 lb's and 6 ft in verry bad body shape.
A bit of a gut and smoker.
Im looking to start hiting the gym 3 times a week x 1 hr.
I work nights , I start my shift at 7 pm and it ends at 5 am , so I was thinking of going right after work so I can rest my body after words.
I was also thinking of picking up somthing at muscle max and could use some help with a diet.
Any help out there?
