2 hours later peanut butter on rye 1/2 cup of cottage cheese
2 hours later 2 turkey sandwich's and cole slaw
now 2 4oz sirloin burgers and baked beans
will eat again at 7- piece of steak 6oz
9pm another burger
11pm protein shake
not the cleanest but im trying to get the calories in
