Default Achilles Injury/Ankle Sprain

I don't have an official diagnosis since I haven't seen a doctor, but that's how it feels. There is definitely some ligament damage as the pain stretches through the bottom of my heel up the back of my ankle. It happened from a violent rolling of my ankle in the snow about 2 months ago. I started playing basketball again about a month ago. I didn't feel 100% but I felt good enough to play. I would say it was around 80-85%. The pain wasn't too bad, but I had almost no explosiveness at all. Anyway, I re-aggravated the injury yesterday and I'm planning on shutting it down for a month and evaluating where I am.

My question is, what do I do? I understand this is a very frustrating injury to come back from because it's hard to rest your foot all the time and even if you do the recovery is slow. Should I go to a rehab center or can I manage this on my own with round the clock therapy?
