i honestly dont care if i have to eat chicken everyday i love grilled chicken and tuna im getting use to it  if i had approx like portions to eat like if you say 6ozchicken with 1 cup of brown rice ill eat just that

Well thats kind of a problem home boy... you need to sit down and do a little bit of research yourself before you just come in and ask someone to do the brain work for you.
Hit up the Diet and Nutrition section for a few hours and i guarantee you that you'll be able to answer a lot of your own questions when your done.. Then, if your still confused or unsure on something a bit more specific, come back here and post it up...
