and i tried out this work out routine my uncle did and he lost 60 lbs in 6 months... hmm donno if its any good tried it 2x already the past two days.
bike 22mph-24mph for 10 minutes
Bench press with 25s wide grip as many as possible ( somehting about toning up?)
then do 40 sit ups and then as many as u can do with this other ab workout that
has u laying flat on ground and then bringing knees to chest and then back down but feet dont touch the ground.. it prolly has a real simple name but i duno
it feels like it works u repeat the process 3-4 times...
he said switch up ur routine because ur body gets use to it.. but how do i know when my body gets use to it?..
ahh so many questions...
then ive read on so google.com search results to take a cheat day and have a meal of choice once a week..
but i have no clue how that would work.. seems like all hard work would go to waste
