I agree here too... What else do you eat with that chicken. Drop the yogurt in the morning and add some eggs to that meal. What about veggies? Get yourself some ff cottage cheese.. less carbs and sugar. You an add whey powder to it and have it as a evening meal... not too late though.
Sugar is good but if you want to cut down your weight you need to eat more and drop the sugars.
Sorry I meant sugar TASTES GOOD, but its evil on the body, lol...
