Finally I think My synthroid has started kicking in.
Aprox 4 weeks ago i was 292.8
I went to change my diet complete 360
Breakfast- Banana And Activa Yogurt
Snack-Varies
Lunch Whole Chicken Breast 10g of Protein/per serving
Workout- 60 Minutes of Biking ranging anywhere from 16-20 Miles
After Workout- Banana
Dinner- Tuna Peanut butter and Oats
Last weigh in 268.5
I am really stoked
What other stuff should i had .?
And note I know the portions arent really very Descriptive but Im always Full.
