It didn't happen overnight and there is no quick fix. Its all about commitment and getting your diet and workout routine in check. YOU need to eat right and often, drink plenty of water, lift hard, get your cardio in and rest.
I am still eating enough and keep getting tighter, but I am doing alot more lovely cardio. I have 1 week left for my show and am on target. and to be quite honest and I told my coach this yesterday I haven't done any ab training in about 3 weeks, even when I do get them in its once a week, maybe 4 sets of really strict crunching, thats it. I am not obsessing over ABs, they are nice but I do want more mass and along with that I will lose the abs. I do some lower back exercises once a week, but other lifts hit the abs too. They are not going anywhere or getting any thicker now, its all about tightening up with cutting my water.
I am due for some new pics.. later in the week about 3 days out!
