Thanks. I'm within 10 pounds of where I was in that picture. (at 135 now, 125 in the goal pic). Like I said above, my legs are definitely behind where I would like them to be. I've been a bit of a p*ssy with my legs since I had my daughter, mostly because I just didn't have the motivation. Now though I'm stepping it up and really focusing on my leg workouts. I squatted 175 last Friday and it felt great. I know 175 isn't a lot for you men, but I'm pretty happy to be at 40 pounds over my body weight right now. Pre-baby I was squatting 195 to 205 consistently for a month or 2 before I got pregnant. I'm hoping to get back up to that weight. I'm pushing myself right now to lift bigger weight with the right number of sets and I'm liking what I see.
