military press-225x5reps hit goal new goal is 245x5
arnold press 3 sets x10 reps
side laterals 2x10
shoulders started to burn really bad and throb had to stop workout
also injected last week and my ass is still swollen like a lump
not red or hot or itchy
lump is starting to go down today a little
