Yes, alot is said, but there is alot myths that get circulated, no?
Just pic up a bodybuilding mag, they are filled with myths.

You are basically falling victim to the idea that one can "shape" a muscle.
The fact is that you cannot "shape a muscle" (a bicep in this case), nor can you ‘fill in the gap’ or "lengthen your biceps"...
A muscle simply expands and gets bigger or it doesnt and and it's final shape is predetermined, it's not up to you on how the shape will appear.
It's similiar to how one carries his/her fat, it's not up to you, the body places it where it likes.

It's pure genetics, so Concentration curls will not magically add a peak. Thats why some bodybuilders have high peaks (Arnold, Ronnie) and some have very little peak, but thick round and long biceps (Kevin Levrone, Sergio Oliva) . Are you telling me Kevin and Sergio decided to never do concentration curls therefore they had no peaks?? haha of course not!
