Hammers are an overall size builder whereas concentration curls are meant to isolate the peak of the bicep... better to use as a final burnout curl.
Also, I would suggest starting off with a standard bb curl or maybe a preacher bb curl... those combined with hammers and concentration curls have worked well for me.

I'd recommend you start with deads, then barbell rows, maybe some t-bars, then chins. If you have time to waste at the end, you might wanna do some bicep nonsense.
Just a personal preference though. lol
