So...I was feeling a bit under-the-weather yesterday AM...so I didn't get to the gym as planned. Did cardio instead.
Monday AM Cardio: 25 minutes - elliptical
Monday MA Class: Started weapons training.

I really enjoyed that!

*OMG! For the first time ever I dumped a plate! I inadvertently set the hooks a bit high in the cage and when I stepped back to rack the bar on my first set I missed the hook on the right. I noticed the clips were not that strong when I had secured the plate...and sure enough...one side slipped off and crashed to the rubber mat. I was soooo embarrassed!
