I suggested Cytogainer because it would give you some of the calories you need. Something like 800 per serving with milk. Compare that to your Nitro Tech which is 110 calories per serving. C'mon on man. Get your diet in check and get a weight gainer.
Start bringing your own lunch to school. Tuna, even deli chicken on a whole wheat bagel, or roast beef sandwiches. Pack 2 sandwiches a day for a lunch and you're good money. Go to the store and pick up those packets of almonds, bring some of those too.
Do yourself a favor and read the stickys. It's really good info that everyone should know before trying to embark on their quest to gain muscle.
and by the way, Bane is right. Food DOES give you better results than any suppliment.
