@Mitch: Yea, its going to be a bit of a pain, but I think it'll pay off. I've tried all sort of diet plans and at this point, my body is fighting tooth and nail to stay pudgy. Carb Cycling is a last resort for me... not because of reputation or difficulty, but because basic dieting worked so well for so long. At this point, I need to give my body a little shock therapy. Hopefully this is it.

well in that case then ya, its probably a worth giving a shot. just out of curiosity, were you refeeding when you diet or were you just going on extended periods of a caloric deficit? I think thats part of the reason i never hit a wall was because i wasnt in a caloric deficit 7 days a week. I only did it m-f and then ate whatever i wanted within reason on the weekends. i say within reason cause you dont want to over do it to the point where you wreck your progress for the previous 5 days.
