and im not doubting that youll get results, i just think its a little extreme for the average person. Imo it takes way too much thought and planning and if you have any kind of social life whatsover than that makes it that much more difficult. Cant go out with your buds and have some good eats and drinks if it happens to fall on your no carb day. My wife tried it a while and gave up cause it was too much of a pain in the ass.

I just dont think the average person needs to jump through all these hoops to drop some fat.
