Well bro, I appreciate it and I think you're mostly correct. That's the very reason I took the dive to try to learn about carb-cycling. If I can start working things out properly, then I should be able to satiate my body while getting leaner and still building some muscle.
My lower belly is still loose and there are a few other areas that bother me as well. I'd like to tighten those up while still making some progress with my musculature as well.
I'm going to tear it up this week. I've got this stuff mostly figured out thanks to you. I fixed homemade oatmeal this morning. I only put a few grams of sugar in the oats and then mixed in a few blueberries. It was delicious. Good carbs, <1g fat, decent calories.
I should take this chance to thank you once again for all of your help. I feel truly inspired and prepared to take on this challenge. Hopefully, I'll make you proud.
