I think it's safe to say Jim isnt squatting 650 lbs anymore, but I dont think he he is concerned with that one bit. He had one goal before that was geared towards obtaining pure strength (powerlifting/strongman) and now he has shifted his focus to a pure athletic/healthy lifestyle that involves cardio endurance and weight training balanced with a super healthy diet.
The guy is dedicated. I just wished he was so humble and bashful about his success, he deserves the pats on the back.

I give this man major respect as he has shown the ability to obtain a body builder style of physique (a rock solid 220 lbs) and then obtain a massive frame of bulk and strength that got him up to 335 lbs and putting up massive numbers on the big three and here is now with a ripped up physique again, sub 10% bodyfat and probably like 190 lbs.....That all adds up to someone who really knows how to shape and mold there physique to whatever goal they have as he went from one end of the spectrum to the other and back again!
