i usually start gaining strength about week 3 when i start gaining weight. i never run an AI though so any weight gain before roughly week 5 is water. But water filling up the muscle belly can cause your lifts to go up. thats how creatine works. I have to lol when people get all excited when theyre 3 weeks in and have gained weight.
