start of week 3
yeah i better clean it up a bit(diet)
had some bloating today used aifm 3 pumps
ill see if it works
im going back to chicken,steak, and turkey
eggs,salads and a cereal in the morning
water intake is about 1-1 1/2 gallons a day
also have a scoop of peanut butter(190 calories)
mixing protein drink with skim milk 3x a day(350 cals)
starting to really notice veins popping out after a workout
i do not eat tuna fish,pasta or white bread
