3 pm workout legs,back,bis
5pm protein shake
getting ready for dinner (6pm)
2 pork chops
1 sweet potato
mix veg
8pm hand ful of nuts
10:30 pm
1 porkchop
1 sweet potato
salad
1am
handsful of nuts
probolic drink
4:30 am
protein drink

weight is 194.8
