Diet on non workout days
On my Workout days im trying hard as i can to cram in the calories.. i work out 3 times a week (sometimes 4) and they are intense workouts so I feel I should be eating all I can
but on non workout days should it be the same? or should i perhaps cutsay 4-500 calories off? My non workout days are fairly laid back. and i wonder whether the extra food is going to build muscle or just sitting doing nothing? (obv not nothing but you know what I mean)
