I just got back from spring break where I had no access to weights. I was running a little over 6 miles a day though. Roughly 3 in the afternoon and 3 at night. I was eating and drinking plenty, more than I should of been - so hopefully catabolism was to a minimum.
Hit the gym tonight and it felt, as Arnold would say, orgasmic to work the body again. I was down on weight a bit and winded pretty easily, but overall, I'm anxious to get back on the horse. I really, really, really want to lose about 5-10 more pounds before summer (before bulking). I'm ontop of the largest plateau ever. I've been going harder and harder over the past month but the losses are marginal. A tenth here and a tenth there, but nothing like the consistent losses I had in the past. To be expected, but slightly discouraging.
