I lifted 5 days a week. I was seeing diminishing returns by the end of the first month. I cycled off at about 6 weeks to try to get some affect back. Cycled off for two weeks and jumped back on. Worked for a few weeks and was gone again.

Obviously it wasn't by the book, but a 1:1 ratio for cycling on/off wasn't efficient in my opinion.
