I took a knock off called NOS Blast for well over 4 months and noticed no diminishing effects in it's performance. 2 things though. 1) Red Bulls and Monsters for some reason were significantly less effective. 2) It sucked to lift without it. I stopped taking it, now I just eat a half hour before I lift and I feel great whether lifting or on the field.
