No-xplode
Combined with clean foods and whey protein shakes, I think NO-XPLODE is the greatest thing since bread and butter. I've just resumed training and over two training sessions - one with NO-XPLODe and one without - I've noticed huge differences in my capacity to train at maximum intensity. There's only one concern I have with NO-XPLODE: when I take it I become really aggressive - is this normal?
