I eat every 2.5 - 3 hours, sometimes sooner. I get up 5:30 and eat my first meal around 6:15 - 6:30. Then I just keep going - TODAY I WOKE UP AROUND 8, but my stomach was friggin growling.
My meals consist of egg whites, oats with whey protein, yams, brocolli, asparagus, squash, ground turkey, chicken, tuna every now and then - I don't eat much of this maybe 1-2 a week, brown rice. Those are pretty much the basics of food for my week, every now and then I will add something else or switch it up, but when you eat so much and its so clean its just easier for me to keep it routine. 16oz of water before every meal and oh I also have ff yogurt with whey sometimes.. I am constantly eating. I have food with me at all times (I take it to meetings - everyone at work knows I am in contest prep so they are cool with me eating at meetings "they even say that smells good", keep it in the car, carry it with me at the gym, lol (yes I eat it cold if need be, when your stomach or body needs food cold will suffice. I swear I could eat every hour - I just finished eating about 10 minutes ago and my stomach feels empty (I had 8 egg whites and 1cup oats with 1/2 scoop of whey - LEGS IN 1.5 HOURS SO I NEED SUPER FUEL).
My metabolism MUST BE ON OVERLOAD,lol.
