um well dont use deca or tren because those are too suppresive....
just increase your dosage of test to maybe 1g or 1.25g or 1.5g per week..of course run a low dose of arimidex on cycle as well....
do NOT use deca or tren....terrible terrible idea unless you want to be on HRT the rest of your life....
