Has anyone seen this? I think it is by far the best docu/diary on bodybuilding i've ever seen. Thought dorians was very good and cutlers better, but ronnie's is amazing man. No funky workouts, just basic compound workouts and a good diet. Highly reccommend watching it. Although it is a bit old you can certainly learn alot from it.

Anyway, thats my two cents. :P
