As far as not having any equipment to workout with... you have the only one you really need: your body. RIght now, you have 195.81lbs of weights to play around with. Here are some links to some bodyweight exercises and routines. The second link has the suggested routines as well as a descriptions page for the workouts.

With any fat loss plan, cardio should be the staple of your activity. Start small with the cardio. Jog a .25th mile or one lap around a high school track. After a day or two, push it up to .50th mile. The not-so-secret is just to constantly push yourself. If something becomes easier, savor your improvement but don't enjoy the easiness - find a way to make it harder. Your body only benefits from working harder than it did the time before.
