The reason why I wanted to lose weight is that I feel bad and tired all the time and want to see some change and want to not wear a damn shirt every where I go. My girlfriend of 1 year on (Jan. 3rd) is a whopping 105 pounds and she likes to grab my "manboobs" I didnt like it and said to myself I have to change I am sick of it.
So here is my story...
My name is Corey Williams from Oklahoma City, OK. I found the website (bodybuildingforyou.com) just two days ago and saw a forum and began reading on my break at work. I wont lie I was looking for an easy way out to lose weight without putting any effort into it. I was looking for some reviews about some products of "Fiber Thin" and "Right Size" and found this here. I grew up in OKC my whole life. I didnt start walking as a baby until 16 months later. I played all the sports such as baseball, soccer, basketball, and golf. I was good at them in the "little league" era until I reached high school. Never set foot in a gym until my freshman year of high school (9th). I went out for the baseball team and when we decided to run the mile I wish I never stepped foot on the planet because thats the way I felt. I was the last one to finish the mile in tryouts and the mile was in 12 minutes. I never have been able to run it under 10 min. So I started golf and got good but didnt persue it. Graduated in 2001 from high school went to college for 1 year and left. I got a good job at the time making big bucks at AOL yea AOL lol. Then got fired and didnt persue a career for 4 months. At the time of my firing I weighed 185 and could fit into my size 33' lucky's. I was down about my firing and started to drink heavily about every night from Sept. until Feb. If you want to know what beer will do to a person just ask I went from 185 to 195 and before I knew it I was at 200. Found a steady job for a Promotional Company in the warehouse and actually liked it but noticed I had a shortness of breath and tiredness from the job causing me to come home to be lazy and sleep. Never really took suppliments or vitamins and still dont because I dont know where to start. When I run or walk my legs get either cramps or just hurt badly and I dont have a clue what from as I have some muscle in my legs.
Basically my goal is this:
From reading people bios and pictures I figured there is enouph nice people on this forum board to offer suggestions tips and help for me to get to where I want. I have a membership at the Weight Room here in OKC just havent found the front door.
I want to be
185 lbs or stay at 200 lbs with more muscle and less fat.
Have no more man boobs (aint very big but still)
have some abs not a beer gut
Be able to walk or run without my legs hurting
I do apologize if this Bio is odd or different I am very new to this and hope to start the weight training on Jan. 5th. If someone could point me in the right direction to where I can post my questions about suppliments, what the abbreveations stand for, pictures of weight training (bench, lat) that stuff it would be a big help.
